November 2003
This years display stand was smaller than in previous years due to lack of Hall Space, however we did manage to get moved at the last minute to a slightly larger area. It worked out very well, as we were near the main entrance and readily available for all our Member visitors as well as the general public. The whole 'display team' would like especially to thank all our members who gave their support by coming to the show and visiting the club stand - well over 40 over the two days. It was a first time for Bob Morton, who had his pristine Kallista on display and was kept busy all weekend answering the unending questions that kept coming his way!! One again we had a stunning display, this year splashing out on an electricity supply so we had non-stop 'Panther Movies, flashing lights, a lit arched entrance and spotlights inside the Solo, all much appreciated by the many visitors. We did appear to be the only club offering refreshments to members and 'enquirers' alike - savouries, biscuits/cakes, hot drinks, cold drinks, beer and wine!! All on £9.00 membership - Ab Fab!!! Pictorial history of the weekend below - Look & Enjoy..
